On meeting you, we would discuss your plans and assess the project, we would be able to give you a rough estimate of cost and viability of the project at that point.

• We would then use an architect to draw up detailed plans for the conversion taking into account planning regulations to ensure planning permission is granted. A full quotation is supplied to you at this point prior to carrying out any further work.
• Subject to you accepting our quotation and once planning has been granted, we can get to work on creating your new loft space. Work can take anything from a week to a couple of months depending on the size and complexity of the conversion.
• On completion of the work we get the work signed off and certified to high standard.
